I left this report a little later to see which way the conditions were going to go. It is still slight offshore Nor west wind out there and as you can see still a small swell. A change is due tomorrow with a push in the swell so early might be ok around 2ft, with SW wind side shore clean. Wind will pick up from the SSE possibly 18knots and beaches will be history by lunchtime.
A larger swell is on the way for Sunday but I reckon the direction might push most of it past the points at Noosa. Plenty of sand so what swell does get through to the points even though small will break. Temps are set to drop.
