Phew, foamy conditions on the open beaches a swirling 3ft swell we may see small point waves tomorrow but not today. Wind is up to 20 knots plus and will ease but not before nightfall. The swell is getting into laguna bay with the groyne area 1ft wind lines if you’re a desperado. The town is coming off the high of the triathlon with some competitors still going in the restaurants and local haunts. It’s great to see all this action in town. Its windy and wet on the beach so curl up in your favourite spot by a window and dream the day away . More action tomorrow cheers bp.
