Sunny patches today and a horserace to run, Melbourne cup preparations are in full swing. Venues all around Noosa ready to party and get social. We celebrate the race just as much if not more than southerners. Secretly I think it is just an opportunity to frock and suit up given we don’t do that much here in tropical Qld. The boys will be suited from waist up, board shorts and thongs waist down, v funny sight along the strip. The surf, onshore swell on the beaches 3ft slop, 1 lonely guy out at the surf club bank and that’s about it. Noosa ti-tree small throughout the day 1/2 foot to 1ft not a lot of power. 1ft between the groynes with some side shore chop. Everyone’s a winner today cheers bp.
