Surf Check 31st October 7.30am Sunshine and Sunrise Beaches

Glassy conditions prevail on the open beaches 1-2 ft of swell and a west wind that will swing to the North and then NE during the morning. It will be hot today and a little humid, a beach swim will be just the tonic !

Suns out and the ocean  has that deep blue colour. Best peaks surf club area and a a few right peaks running into North Sunshine gutter. Have a great day and look forward to better waves coming. cheers bp.

Surf Check 8.30am Sunshine and Sunrise Beaches

Just a magic start to the day on the beach this morning a cool NW wind is up 10 knots and will get to a healthy 15 knots north wind. Very warm and clear skies beach goers enjoying all along the Sunrise to North sunshine stretch. The swell is still in the 1-2ft range with moving peaks , great if you’re in the sweet spot, you will have to move it up and down the beach . North Sunshine is slightly protected and is the best value. A steady crew building around 25 out. It is holding form even as the wind picks up. Noosa is windy blown out choppy on shore,  no real surf. A get wet in the Noosa river lagoons will offer a break from the wind and a glorious swimming conditions.  Finish off with a Margarita on sunset at Bistro- C on Main . All in all a great beach day here. bp.

Theres a nice cool westerly blowing this morning prior to the day heating up. The offshore should last to mid morning through the high tide. It is 1ft peaks a weak swell could be fun on a short wide fish or a fat albert.

The day is shaping up to be a window to summer hot slightly steamy and an afternoon breeze on the way. suffice to say the open beach are magic today for swim . Noosa will be very small no point waves and less than a foot of swell in the river mouth area, Long board will be the only fun. Anyway motor out there and enjoy. Bp.
